Online Courses

Graduate-level Transition Courses

The University of Kansas, Department of Special Education offers online graduate-level courses which focus on transition. These courses are available to anyone with internet access and an email address. The semester-based online courses are offered through the University of Kansas, Department of Special Education and provide 3 credit hours of graduate credit that can be transferred to other universities or applied to the KU Transition Certificate Program. Continuing Education Transition Seminar Series

Our award-winning Continuing Education Transition Seminar Series provides a unique opportunity for education professionals to increase their knowledge of evidence-based transition service and delivery by taking fully online, short seminars. Each of these five (5) seminars consists of research-based short articles, websites, video clips, discussion board participation, and highly applicable activities. Each seminar is offered for 20 hours of continuing education credit. Participants may choose to take any one seminar or the entire series.
